NORWICH AIRPORT STAFF CYCLE TO AMSTERDAM AND BACK FOR CHILDREN IN NEED
Staff at Norwich International Airport will be cycling over 350 miles on 20 November as part of their open day to support Children in Need. Airport and tenant staff will be taking turns in 15 minute intervals on two exercise bikes in the Norwich Airport terminal in order to clock up the mileage for a sponsored return trip to Amsterdam and raise funds for Children in Need.
The Airport open day runs from 7am to 7pm, with free parking, for visitors to come along and join in the activities and enjoy the entertainment in the terminal which includes:
• Live bands
• String Quartet
• Ladies Barbershop chorus
• Circus Performers
• Magician
• Charicature Artist
• Disco/Radio Show
Visitors will be able to enter the Grand Draw which includes the prizes below, as well as have the opportunity to win instant prize give-aways
• Champagne balloon flight
• Helicopter Ride
• VIP Leisure Centre Pass
• Tribute Night for 10 at the Holiday Inn
• Champagne
• Car Hire
• Holiday Vouchers
Jon Dewing, Duty Manager said “We support Children in Need every year and this year we were keen invite the local community to come and enjoy the day with us. As we all work so closely together we have involved all our tenants and much of the activity for the open day has been arranged by a couple of keen volunteers from our NCP office, who are kindly offering free parking for the day.”
