Fly from Norwich Airport to Malaga and the Costa Del Sol.

Norwich Airport offers year-round flights to Malaga flying every Monday and Thursday allowing you time to enjoy the weekend.

The Costa del Sol or the coast of the sun is a very popular destination for tourists the world over due to its healthy and warm climate. It is situated on the southern coast of Spain with the Mediterranean Sea lapping at its wonderful sandy beaches.

The temperatures range on average from the coolest month of around 12ºC to the warmest month of around 26ºC making for wonderful beach holidays and with the water temperatures rising to around 23ºC but generally never dipping below 15ºC it certainly adds to the beach holiday.

With a magnificent coastline holding miles of sandy beaches and hidden coves to secluded retreats  the area certainly can cater for all kinds of travellers. There are 25 blue flag awarded beaches in the Costa Del Sol.

In the more populated areas such as Malaga, Marbella and Torremolinos you will find plenty of activities designed for the holiday maker, with water sports centres offering small boat hire, jet ski hires or rides out on inflatable boats to the more sedate choice of boat tours to view the wonderful coastline or to look for sea life.

You may wish to spend some time inland and with the rich history and culture the region has to offer and visit some of the many attractions that seem to attract the traveller from around the world, such as Puente Nuevo Bridge. The bridge was built in 1793 and spans the 120-meter-deep gorge carrying the river Guadalevin which divides the town of Ronda. There is an old guard house that acts as a small museum to the bridge explaining its history and its role during the Spanish civil war.

Malaga also has a lot to offer the traveller, there is culture aplenty in this city and you can visit the birth place of Pablo Picasso or visit many of its museums. You might just choose to dine out at some fantastic cafes and restaurants. Spain is fast becoming one of the main power houses in fine dining and this is reflected in some of the choices of restaurants in Malaga.
