    What happens after I have made my booking?

    • You will receive an on-screen confirmation which details your booking reference and instructions.
    • Please read these carefully and print the page for your records as you will need this information at the airport.
    • A booking confirmation email will also be sent.
    • Please ensure that your vehicle registration details are correct as this is used to give you access to the car park.
    • There is an option to amend your booking if you will be arriving at the airport in a different vehicle than originally planned (see below). You can also press “help” on entry and inform the operator about the change. They will confirm your booking reference number and dispense a ticket allowing free exit on your return.
    • You are responsible for supplying a valid email and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of booking confirmation emails due to transmission failure or incorrect address details. Failure to receive the confirmation email has no bearing on the status of your booking. The booking is valid but please check your email junk or spam folder.
    • Please note that any bookings already made via NCP will be honoured and will be automatically transferred across to Norwich Airport.  You should proceed to arrive at the car park as per the booking confirmation email instructions.

    How do I amend my booking?

    Amendments may be made up to 24 hours before the booking commences by logging in to your account with the password received when the booking was made.

Certain promotional products cannot be amended, it will be made clear at the point of booking if this is the case.     How do I CANCEL my car park booking?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled car park arrival time/date. Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Where specified in the product details some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

    What should I do if my booking reference is not recognised?

    If you are trying to amend or cancel your booking online via prebook-Norwichairport.com and your booking reference is not recognised, it is likely that the booking has been made through a third-party site.

    If you have NOT BOOKED DIRECTLY with Norwich Airport and used one of the sales agents (eg Holiday Extras) please contact them directly.

     


    Can I make a booking TODAY and park at the airport today?

    Bookings can be made up to 4 hours prior to your arrival time at the airport. All Car Park bookings are subject to availability we reserve the right to withdraw availability at its entire discretion for a given date.

     


    What if I return later than the date/time on the booking?

    You will be charged for the additional days in which you stay in the car park, based on the overstay rate applicable to the car park and Airport.

    How can I obtain a receipt for my pre-booked parking?

    To obtain a receipt of payment please log in to the parking site via Booking and use your email and system generated password to proceed.

    After this simply click on “your bookings” section on the right-hand side before selecting the booking you wish to obtain a receipt for. At this point you will see a re-send confirmation option to generate a receipt to your email address.

    Should you wish to send the confirmation to a different email you can do this by changing your email in the “your details” section.

  • Special Assistance (Blue Badge Holder’s parking)

    We offer dedicated Pick Up and Drop Off spaces for Blue Badge Holders with stays for up to 4 hours.

    Parking for Blue Badge Holders is located in the Short Stay Car Park and Long Stay Car Park.

    Our team are ready to help with your booking Monday to Friday 10:00AM to 04:00PM. During out of hours, customers can leave a message, and a member of the car parking team will respond as soon as possible.

  • Drop Off and Pick Up

    If you’re dropping friends, colleagues or loved ones at the airport then you can park for up to 30 mins for £3, allowing you time to wave them off. Please see below ‘Car Park tariff (not booked)’ for parking charges over 30 minutes.

    Entry and Exit Procedures

    Entry

    • Follow the signs to the short stay car park
    • On arrival at the car park barrier, press for a ticket and proceed to the drop off lane on the left or park in a vacant parking space, should you wish to stay longer.

    Exit

    Prior to exiting the car park, payment can be made at the following locations:

    • Pick up / Drop off area, pay station – cards & cash
    • Arrivals Terminal, pay station –cards & cash
    • Departures Terminal, Information Desk – cards only

     

    Please note, payment at the Exit is by CARD ONLY.

  • Directions, Entry and Exit

    Located 3 miles north of Norwich city centre just off Holt Rd (A140), Norwich airport is easily accessible by car.

    When approaching from either the north or south, turn into the junction for ‘Amsterdam Way’ and follow the signs for the airport. Turn left at the roundabout for our Long Stay car park or go straight ahead at the roundabout and continue to follow the signs for our Short Stay car park.

    If you’re using a Sat Nav, enter our postcode NR6 6JA for both car parks

    Arrival instructions

    Upon arrival

    We use number plate recognition technology. When you arrive at the entry barrier, our camera will read your number plate and the barrier will raise. If the barrier doesn’t raise automatically, press the button for assistance so we can confirm your booking details and dispense a pre-validated exit ticket for use on exit and allow you to enter and park in the car park.

    If you haven’t pre-booked your space simply press the button for a ticket at the entrance barrier, take the ticket and find a place to park. Please keep your ticket safe as you will need this when you’re leaving the car park.

    Leaving the car park

    If you pre-booked your space then simply drive up to the exit barrier slowly, our camera will read your number plate and the barrier will raise and you can leave the car park.

    If you didn’t pre-book your space, you’ll need to pay for your parking before you leave. You can pay on your way out at the exit barrier using your credit or debit card or at our payment machines. Insert your ticket at the exit barrier and if your parking is paid, the barrier will raise so you can leave. If the barrier does not raise and you have paid, please press for assistance.

  • Car Park Tariff (not booked)

    If you’re not able to pre-book your parking, you can simply turn-up and park. However, if you want to guarantee your space then we do recommend that you pre-book.

    • Cash and all major debit and credit cards accepted.
    • Prices are displayed at car park entrances and may be subject to change.
    • We recommend pre-booking if you want to guarantee your space and price.

  • Large Vehicle Parking
    • There are no vehicle height restrictions at the car park entrances and exits.
    • Vehicle width restrictions are limited to our standard space size of 2.4m x 4.8m.
    • Drivers of large and long wheelbase vehicles may use the car parks but are advised that if their vehicle restricts the use of other car parking bays, the airport reserves the right to charge for the extra space.
