Norwich Airport has been ranked among the best airports in the UK in the annual passenger survey by consumer champion Which?
The airport achieved a customer score of 78%, placing it fourth in the national table and earning coveted Which? Recommended Provider status.
Norwich is one of three airports owned and operated by Regional & City Airports (RCA) to be ranked in the UK’s top six for the second year running, with sister airports Exeter Airport first and Bournemouth Airport sixth.
The Which? survey asked more than 6,000 passengers about 8,383 airport visits made during the previous 12 months, rating their experience across areas including customer service, check-in and security queues, passport control, baggage reclaim, seating, food and drink and cleanliness.
Norwich scored five stars – the maximum possible – for security queues and cleanliness, together with four stars for customer service and seating.

Norwich Airport welcomed more than 453,000 passengers in the year to March 2026, an increase of around 5% on the previous year.
The airport provides a choice of leisure destinations as well as up to four daily KLM flights to Amsterdam Schiphol, offering onward connections around the world, and continues to play an important role supporting the North Sea energy sector.
