Executive Lounge – Temporary Closure

Please be advised that the executive lounge at Norwich Airport will be temporarily closed from 05/04/18 to 30/04/18 inclusive.

The lounge will undergo a partial refurbishment and from 01/05/18 will offer a wider range of food and drink options throughout the day.

During this time, customers travelling with KLM whose ticket or frequent flyer status permits access into the executive lounge will be provided with a refreshment voucher to exchange at the airport café or bar located in the departure lounge. Customers can collect their voucher from the service desk located in the departure lounge between gates 2 and 3. Refreshment vouchers are only valid for use at Norwich Airport on the date of travel and are non-transferable and have zero cash value.

For all other airlines operating for Norwich Airport we regret that there are no interim measures in place whilst the executive lounge is closed.
